ABOUT ME

As a Naturopathic Doctor, I am devoted to helping women improve their digestion, support their metabolic health, investigate menstrual symptoms, and optimize their fertility. I like to think of myself as an advocate for my patients, helping them navigate the healthcare system equipped with knowledge about their bodies and the confidence to reclaim their health.

In my office, you can expect a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where your health story is heard and your questions are answered. I frequently address conditions like IBS, IBD, histamine intolerance, insulin resistance, endometriosis, PCOS, hypothyroidism, preconception planning and unexplained difficulty conceiving.

I prefer to blend science with humanity, using evidence-based approaches while emphasizing individualized and holistic care. Every treatment plan is personalized and collaborative, integrating in-depth testing, clinical nutrition, targeted supplements, and lifestyle strategies designed to help you feel your best. I am also trained in acupuncture and offer this service to patients as an adjunct to their plan, when appropriate.

Working with me as an ND means gaining a true partner in your health journey. I am dedicated to continuous learning and stay up to date on the latest research in women’s health, hormones, metabolism, and digestive function, bringing the most effective and evidence-informed care to my patients.

If you’re ready to understand your body on a deeper level and take the next step toward better digestion, balanced hormones, and an empowered fertility and pregnancy journey, book your visit today!

my story

Growing up as a competitive athlete, I developed a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human body and the powerful connection between physical, mental, and emotional health. My passion for science and helping others led me to complete an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University, followed by my training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.

My passion for treating digestive conditions stems from my own personal health journey. I became a Naturopathic Doctor because I struggled with chronic digestive issues for years, being told that “bloodwork looks fine”, “it will correct itself”, or “there’s nothing more we can do.”I understand what it's like living with symptoms that impact you every day, and feeling like you’re out of options.

When I finally discovered Naturopathic medicine, I realized there is always more we can do.

For the first time, I was able to uncover root causes of my symptoms, and through a tailored treatment plan, I was able to truly heal my gut.

The next chapter of my life that has reflected greatly in my practice has been my journey into parenthood. I’ve come to appreciate just how much opportunity there is to optimize your health before trying to conceive, and ways to improve the chances of a healthy pregnancy for both parent and baby.

I’ve seen firsthand how much the conventional system often doesn’t teach us, and how overwhelming the amount of information out there can feel.

This has deepened my passion for guiding patients through this stage of life with clarity, evidence-informed care, and a sense of confidence as they grow their families.

My own experiences continue to fuel my passion for supporting patients facing similar health challenges, as well as anyone who feels lost or uncertain about how to advocate for themselves within today’s healthcare system.

If you’re ready to take charge of your health again, let’s start now.

Education & Clinical Training

I hold an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University and a Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. My training combines a strong foundation in human physiology and movement science with advanced education in naturopathic medicine.

Root-Cause, Integrative Care

My practice focuses on root-cause medicine, identifying the underlying imbalances contributing to symptoms such as digestive issues, fatigue, weight loss resistance, and challenges conceiving.
